Are you unmotivated to workout? Do you feel bored with your current program? Well… let’s take action & SWITCH IT UP! Step out of your comfort zone and try something new.  I believe a workout is something you should look forward to! So, find something that fills your cup & makes you happy. There is no such thing as a universal workout. We all have different bodies and interests. I created a list of 30 fun things to keep you active. Let’s unlock your inner passion for some heart pumping exercise!

I will be completing all 30 activities & writing a post on each experience! As a fitness instructor, I think it is incredibly important to be a student. Continue your education, take class from other instructors, and even at-home workouts. You will always walk away with something beneficial.
